Qualifications:

• Licensed physical therapist assistant
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, including implementing treatment plans and assisting with therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to assess patient needs and progress.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment goals and progress.
