Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant PTA Part-Time

Multi-Care Medical is seeking a motivated, professional, and patient-focused Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our Naples team Monday through Thursday.

We are looking for a PTA who enjoys working directly with patients, takes pride in providing quality care, and works well as part of a collaborative medical team. The ideal candidate is dependable, energetic, organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for patients throughout their recovery.

Responsibilities

Provide therapeutic interventions under the direction and supervision of the Physical Therapist

• Carry out established physical therapy plans of care

Provide appropriate hands-on treatment within the PTA scope of practice

Utilize therapeutic modalities as indicated by the patient's plan of care
Monitor patient response and progress throughout treatment
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Communicate changes in patient status to the supervising Physical Therapist
Educate and encourage patients throughout their rehabilitation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications

Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Excellent patient care and communication skills
Dependable, professional, and organized
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong team-oriented attitude
Previous outpatient rehabilitation experience preferred
