About the Role

ODA Primary Health Care Network is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about hands-on patient care, teamwork, and helping patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision and direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Follow established treatment plans and monitor patient response and progress
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety techniques, and home programs
• Accurately document all sessions and maintain updated patient therapy records
• Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and functioning properly
• Maintain a supportive, professional, and patient-centered environment
• Assist with additional clinic tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active New York State Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Must have Pediatric and Orthopedic experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
• Professional, reliable, and compassionate approach to patient care
