As an LPTA at Advanced Dynamic Therapies, you'll be a vital part of an high - energy , collaborative team .You won't be stuck doing just one repetitive task - our fast paced environment spans diverse settings and specialties.

Collaborate closely with licensed Physical Therapists to implement tailored high quality rehabilitative care plans.

Dive into specialties including orthopedics, geriatrics , outpatient clinical care and aquatic therapy .

Be a catalyst for patient recovery helping individuals regain mobility reduce pain and attain their health goals .

Bring your authentic energy and compassion to support a patient first environment .

• Assist licensed physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients of all ages and conditions.
• Conduct therapeutic interventions including trigger point therapy, manual therapy techniques, and exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and function.
• Monitor patient progress regularly, document responses to treatment, and communicate findings to the supervising therapist for ongoing plan adjustments.
• Educate patients on physiotherapy techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to promote continued recovery outside clinical settings.
• Support discharge planning by preparing patients for transition to home or other care environments with appropriate recommendations and follow-up instructions.
• Maintain detailed records of patient sessions, treatment outcomes, and adherence to medical terminology standards while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in inpatient, outpatient, or skilled nursing facility settings to optimize patient care outcomes.

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant in accordance with state regulations.
• Proven experience in outpatient clinics or skilled nursing facilities; experience in inpatient or acute care settings is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and physiotherapy principles.
• Skilled in delivering specialized therapies such as trigger point therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
• Familiarity with care plans for diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics; experience in geriatrics or home health is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams while demonstrating excellent patient care skills.
• Knowledge of discharge planning processes and ability to adapt treatments for outpatient or clinic environments. Pay: $45.00 - $47.00 per hour
