Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic property management company on a part time basis. team. You will be responsible for repiping houses, including but not limited to installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential properties in mostly pinellas and Hilsborough counties. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, A strong background in construction plumbing, troubleshooting, and customer service will set you up for success in this energetic environment.

Requirements

• Valid license as a professional plumber with experience in residential plumbing
• Possess necessary plumbing tools to repipe or repair residential plumbing.
• Proven construction site experience with knowledge of construction plumbing practices
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras
• Strong understanding of local building codes and plumbing standards for compliance purposes
• Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly
