Licensed Plumber

Job Summary

We are an established flooring and renovation company looking to add an experienced, licensed plumber to our team. In addition to our flooring business, we purchase, renovate and resell residential properties throughout the year, typically completing 10 or more homes annually. We're looking for someone who can handle the plumbing work on these projects, including obtaining the necessary permits.

This is a little different from your typical plumbing position.

Most of the work is performed on properties we own, so there's no dealing with homeowners, scheduling customer appointments, or responding to emergency service calls. Our properties are accessible by lockbox, allowing you to work independently and manage your day without unnecessary interruptions.

We are open to both part time or full time arrangements. We will work together to establish a regular schedule that works for both of us.

What we are looking for:

An experienced, licensed plumber who can obtain permits for our jobs.

Someone comfortable with residential renovations, remodeling and plumbing installations.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience.

Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week

Work Location: In person
