What You'll Do

• Perform residential plumbing installations, repairs, and service work.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in basements and crawl spaces.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective, long-lasting solutions.
• Work on plumbing projects related to basement waterproofing and home improvement.
• Ensure all work meets applicable plumbing codes, safety standards, and company quality expectations.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain recommended repairs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with production teams to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

What We're Looking For

• Valid plumbing license required.
• Previous residential plumbing experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and installation techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues independently.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in basements, crawl spaces, and other confined or tight spaces.
