Patient Medical Records – Update and maintain EMRs; record medical histories and chart progress notes; handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Medical Supplies & Environment – Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control protocols; dispose of contaminated materials; restock exam rooms; assist with supply ordering and inventory tracking.

Laboratory Work – Collect and prepare specimens for lab analysis; arrange for external lab services when needed.
Patient Education – Explain treatments and post-care protocols; support patient understanding of care plans and follow-up instructions; respond to medically related patient inquiries; perform History & Physical Consultations (HPCs) prior to surgical procedures at our in-house surgery center.
Compliance & Administrative Support – Follow all HIPAA, OSHA, and clinical safety regulations; provide administrative or clinical support as needed.
