Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time

Axis HealthCare is seeking a motivated, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Bixby, Oklahoma!

Responsibilities:

• Room and prepare patients for their appointments
• Take and accurately record vital signs
• Draw blood and collect specimens
• Prepare examination rooms for providers
• Administer injections and IV infusions as directed
• Follow provider instructions and established clinical procedures
• Deliver excellent patient care and customer service
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Collaborate with providers and team members to ensure quality patient care

Qualifications:

• Current, active LPN license (Required)
• BLS Certification preferred
• Previous clinical or primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
