Shift: PM, Varies by facility (Days/PM/Nights/Weekends)
Hours: 36 hours/week
Pay: $1,728/week
Location: Devil's Lake, ND
Contract: 13 weeks

Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a long term care facility in Ramsey County, North Dakota.

Requirements:

• Active ND LPN license, or ability to obtain upon hire
• Must be in good standing with all nursing boards
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Long term care experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team oriented

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or provider
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes
• Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, providers, and families to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Follow infection control policies and facility protocols

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in North Dakota or Minnesota.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new environments and work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Willingness to travel and work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
