Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Requires Flexible Availability

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable new graduate LPN to join our team. This position does not require direct patient care but will focus on administrative and clinical support and coordination tasks. Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) is highly preferred. MUST be willing to learn and tech savvy.

Responsibilities:

• Support the team by managing records, organizing documentation, and following up on assigned tasks.
• Utilize strong communication skills to relay information between staff, residents, and families as appropriate.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers license
• Strong medication knowledge and understanding of documentation standards.
• Proficiency or experience with PCC preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
• Flexible schedule availability Monday–Friday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
