Licensed Practical Nurse

Boulder Canyon Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dynamic team. We have both Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. We are a 5 start CMS rated facility and have exceptional staffing ratios! Our facility is now accepting new graduates.

This position will be open for a minimum of 3 days and will remain open until a top candidate is identified.

Position Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Type: Full time- Sunday - Thursday 2p-10p, Part time- Every other Saturday, Every Sunday 6a-6p, Wednesday & Thursday 2p-10p and Every Friday 6p-6a

Location: Boulder, CO

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour. Pay is dependent on applicant’s relevant experience.

Qualifications for Job Title Goes Here:

• Active LPN License
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations, especially related to long-term care.
• Proven experience in staff development, performance management, and team leadership.
• Strong skills in clinical oversight, quality assurance, and patient safety practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and regulatory agencies.

Experience:

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to working with elderly and vulnerable populations.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience overseeing nursing operations in a long-term nursing care facility.
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
• Proven leadership in managing and mentoring nursing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Experience representing nursing leadership during inspections, surveys, and audits
