Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Full-Time Nights

Crystal Care Centers of Mansfield is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team on full-time night shift, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM.

Starting Pay

• LPN: $27.00/hour starting wage
• Starting wage may increase based on prior experience
• Shift differential available
• Weekend Warrior opportunities available

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents while working closely with the nursing team and other departments. Responsibilities include:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and applicable standards and regulations.
• Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered.
• Complete nursing assessments and maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition requiring additional follow-up.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and communication with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supervise and provide direction to nursing assistants while promoting quality resident care.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow established infection control and facility policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing.
• Prior nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing assistants and other members of the care team.
• Genuine compassion and interest in caring for older adults and individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to respond appropriately to changes in resident condition and emergency situations.
