Duties

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with licensed scope of practice, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to address their needs, answer questions, and provide reassurance.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records of treatments and observations.
• Foster positive client relationships through charismatic interaction and an enthusiastic attitude, ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for.
• Support the coordination of care by liaising with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals as needed.

Experience

• Valid license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the relevant state or region.
• Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and strong communication skills equally.
• Excellent client communication skills with the ability to engage with patients in a warm, professional manner.
• Demonstrated charisma and an energetic approach to caregiving that enhances patient interactions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
