Licensed Practical Nurse

Sienna Extended Care & Rehab

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. We are currently hiring for all three shifts:

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition
• Complete accurate nursing documentation
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Follow facility policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations
• Supervise and work collaboratively with CNAs and other care team members
• Respond appropriately to resident needs and emergencies

Qualifications

• Current and active Oklahoma LPN license
• Previous long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependable and compassionate
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
