Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

The Heritage is a 5-star, 79-bed nursing home building a great team—and we're looking for an LPN who wants to be part of it for the long term.

We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced LPN who is looking for more than a temporary position. We want someone who is ready to build relationships with our residents, become part of our team, and grow with The Heritage.

What You'll Do

• Provide quality, compassionate nursing care to our residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition promptly.
• Complete accurate clinical documentation and resident records.
• Use Sigma Care for electronic clinical documentation.
• Work closely with CNAs, RNs, physicians, residents, and families.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, safety, and quality of life.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment.

What We're Looking For

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• Long-term-care or nursing-home experience preferred.
• Experience with Sigma Care preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to providing consistent resident care.
• Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented.
• Looking for a long-term position, not a short-term opportunity.
