• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• 3 weekends per month
• One 30-minute break during each 8-hour shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Monitor residents' physical and behavioral health.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established procedures.
• Observe, document, and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Support individuals with IDD, psychiatric conditions, and dual diagnoses.
• Work effectively with physicians, nurses, direct-care staff, and other members of the care team.
• Respond appropriately to changing resident needs and clinical situations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and safety procedures.
• Work independently while maintaining effective communication with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered LVN/LPN license.
• Previous nursing experience.
• Experience working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), psychiatric conditions, and/or dual diagnoses.
• Strong clinical and patient-care skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations.
• Ability to learn and apply new procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Must successfully complete required background check and drug screening

Pay: $34.06 - $41.02 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
