Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a flexible per diem position at a senior long-term care facility. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, support their daily healthcare needs, and promote comfort, safety, and well-being.

Duties

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with facility policies and care plans.
• Perform basic assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Assist with wound care, catheter care, and other routine nursing needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and long-term care regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Current Flu vaccination.
• Current PPD/TB test.
• 10-Panel Drug Screen.
• Ability to pass a PATCH background check.
• Completion of the agency’s basic nursing assessment.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred.
• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently in a senior care environment.

Position

Flexible Per Diem | Long-Term Care | Senior Facility

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4.0 – 40.0 per week
