The Role
We're looking for an experienced LPN who thinks on their feet, solves problems before they escalate, and treats residents and families with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and delegating RN direction
• Monitor residents' health and promptly report changes in condition
• Resolve day-to-day care issues calmly and independently
• Serve as a trusted contact for residents, families, physicians, and pharmacies
• Keep documentation (MARs, progress notes, incident reports) accurate and current
• Support and guide caregivers and med techs to uphold our care standards
• Help keep the home survey-ready under Maryland and Montgomery County regulations

Qualifications

• Active Maryland or multistate (NLC) LPN license in good standing
• 2+ years of LPN experience; assisted living, long-term care, or memory care strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Current CPR/First Aid
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and TB screening
