Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation.
• Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols, including IV infusions and catheterizations.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing, and medical imaging procedures as needed.
• Manage airway care, ventilator support, tube feeding, and wound care while adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control policies.
• Support discharge planning, case management activities, and family communication to ensure seamless transitions of care across settings.
• Document all patient interactions while maintaining strict compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the respective state or jurisdiction.
• Proven experience working in settings such as long-term care facilities, hospitals, hospice care, or skilled nursing facilities.
• Hands-on experience with IV infusion therapy, catheterization procedures, medication administration, and basic life support (BLS).
• Ability to perform physical examinations, vital signs monitoring, specimen collection/processing, and patient assessment accurately.
• Excellent caregiver communication skills with the ability to educate patients and families effectively.
• Critical thinking skills combined with a proactive approach to patient safety and quality care delivery.

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
