Devoted Kare is a growing, locally owned home care agency seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a nurse looking for flexibility, meaningful one-on-one client care, and the opportunity to grow alongside a developing agency.

This position will begin as part-time/per diem, with the potential to grow into additional hours or a full-time position as our client caseload increases.

Responsibilities May Include

• Providing nursing services according to the client's plan of care and provider orders
• Medication administration and medication-related services
• Nursing treatments and procedures within LPN scope
• Monitoring and documenting client condition
• Communicating changes or concerns to the supervising RN
• Supporting clients with personal care and other health-related needs when appropriate
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborating with our RN Clinical Supervisor and other members of the care team

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota LPN license in good standing
• Dependable transportation and ability to travel to client homes
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
• Home care experience is preferred but not required
• Must be willing to complete required background checks, orientation, training, and competency requirements

Schedule: Flexible / PRN / Part-Time
Potential: Opportunity for increased hours or full-time work based on caseload and availability
Locations: Various client locations throughout our growing service area
