Licensed Practical Nurse

• Title: LPN / LVN – Outpatient Clinic
• Location: Yonkers, New York
• Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Day Shift, 8 Hours
• Hours: 37.5 Hours per Week

Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and support to patients in an outpatient clinic.
• Monitor patient conditions and document clinical information accurately.
• Assist with patient assessments and routine nursing procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as permitted by licensure and facility protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC electronic health record system.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support quality patient care.

Requirements:

• Active LPN/LVN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a true outpatient clinic.
• Rehabilitation experience does not meet the outpatient clinic requirement.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
• Experience with EPIC is required or preferred based on facility confirmation.
• Ability to work the scheduled day shift.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour
