Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, medical imaging preparations, and wound care procedures
• Manage patient documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality policies
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for diverse populations including pediatrics, geriatrics, and individuals with disabilities

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or equivalent certification
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate medical documentation
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and ICD coding standards (ICD-9/10) for accurate recordkeeping and billing purposes
• Experience administering injections.
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), First Aid, and other relevant clinical competencies required for safe practice in various healthcare settings

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
