Position Overview

Hormone Treatment Centers is seeking a skilled, dependable, and patient-focused Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Lee’s Summit clinical team.

We are a growing, physician-led hormone and wellness practice focused on personalized care, strong patient relationships, clinical excellence, and measurable outcomes.

This role is a good fit for an LPN who enjoys hands-on patient care, works well in an outpatient setting, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and wants to be part of a professional team that is continuing to grow and improve.

The position is expected to be approximately 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on the candidate and final schedule.

Our primary coverage need is:

• Monday
• Thursday
• Friday

There may also be an opportunity for an additional full or partial weekday.

Typical clinic hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

No nights. No weekends. No on-call.

Key Responsibilities

You will work directly with our medical providers and clinical team caring for men and women receiving personalized hormone and wellness treatment.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver direct patient care in collaboration with providers
• Administer intramuscular injections
• Perform venipuncture and blood draws
• Prepare and process laboratory specimens
• Obtain vitals and prepare patients for appointments
• Support hormone replacement and wellness treatment protocols
• Assist providers during patient visits
• Educate patients on medications, injections, treatment protocols, and follow-up care
• Accurately document patient encounters and treatment information
• Communicate professionally with patients by phone, text, and in person
• Monitor clinical supplies and help maintain appropriate inventory
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, organized, and ready for patients
• Maintain HIPAA, clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
• Help identify and solve day-to-day operational issues that affect patient care or clinic flow

Our Lee’s Summit clinic provides care that may include hormone replacement therapy, testosterone replacement therapy, medical weight management, peptide therapies, injectable therapies, laboratory testing, and other physician-guided wellness services.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Missouri
• Strong venipuncture skills
• Comfortable administering IM injections
• Strong communication and patient-education skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Dependable and consistent
• Comfortable working independently within established clinical protocols
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused
• Willingness to learn and grow within hormone and wellness medicine

Experience in hormone therapy is not required.

We can teach the protocols and treatment systems. We are looking for someone who already brings the right professionalism, attitude, judgment, and work ethic.
