Job Summary

At Serenity Assisted Living & Memory Care, our mission is to help residents continue life's journey with dignity, respect, and integrity. We're looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who shares these values and enjoys building relationships with residents, supporting fellow caregivers, and contributing to high-quality resident care.

The LPN supports the health and safety of residents by providing nursing services and clinical oversight under the direction of the Clinical Nurse Supervisor. This role assists with resident care coordination, medication management, staff education, and day-to-day clinical support.

We are looking to add one nurse to our team and are open to either an RN or LPN. Separate postings are available for each licensure level to reflect differences in responsibilities and compensation.

This is an ideal position for an LPN looking to transition into a leadership-oriented clinical setting while continuing to make an impact in senior care.
