Licensed Practical Nurse

• LPN Responsibilities:
• LPN will review patients charts prior to examination.
• LPN will set up patients in rooms for providers.
• LPN will assess patient problems and symptoms, obtain and record vital signs.
• LPN will perform pediatric visual and auditory screening.
• LPN will answer and triage emergent and routine phone calls from patients/parents.
• LPN will administer routine immunizations, and other treatments including antibiotic injections.
• LPN will perform hemoglobin tests, throat cultures, Flu swabs, nebulizer therapy etc.
• LPN will assist the providers in performing procedures such as catheterizations and suturing.
• LPN will send electronic prescriptions per the providers orders via the EMR.
• Pediatric Nurse( LPN) Qualifications: State License required.
• Pediatric Experience Preferred.

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
