As an Ambulatory LPN , you'll work closely with providers and care teams to deliver high-quality care to patients across all age groups while building meaningful, long-term relationships in a collaborative practice environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct patient care in an ambulatory setting
• Support providers with clinical and patient care activities
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Deliver exceptional patient-centered care and service
• Help improve health outcomes through relationship-based care

Schedule:

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania LPN License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Completion of an accredited LPN program
• 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred
• Ambulatory, primary care, triage, ER, ICU, or specialty care experience preferred
