Are you a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who enjoys building meaningful connections with patients? We're looking for a dedicated healthcare professional to join a welcoming, patient-focused outpatient clinic where teamwork, quality care, and professional growth are valued.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome patients, prepare exam rooms, and assist with clinical visits.
• Support physicians and healthcare providers with daily patient care.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments, referrals, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
• Help ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized clinical environment.
• Work closely with a supportive team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

What We're Looking For:

• LPN education and appropriate licensure, training/experience.
• Previous outpatient clinic or physician office experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with patient intake, medical records, and care coordination.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• A caring, dependable professional who genuinely enjoys helping people.
