Licensed Practical Nurse

We are currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Charleston team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys outpatient care, values patient relationships, and wants to be part of a growing and innovative healthcare organization. Must have extensive experience with blood draws and injections. Need to be able to work from 8-5 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Responsibilities

This position is part time Tuesday and Wednesday 8-5, applicant must be an LPN and will be responsible for:

• Performing phlebotomy and blood draws
• Administering injections, including testosterone, B12, and other vitamin therapies
• Recording patient vitals and updating electronic medical records (EMR)
• Reviewing and documenting laboratory results in patient charts
• Assisting medical providers with patient care and treatment procedures
• Greeting and supporting patients throughout their visit, great interpersonal skills a must have while making patients feel comfortable during injections and blood draws
• Managing daily laboratory operations
• Maintaining accurate medical records while ensuring HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience with phlebotomy and injections required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with EMR systems and medical documentation
• Commitment to patient confidentiality and high-quality care
