• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history documentation using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Administer medications and injections accurately following prescribed protocols.
• Assist with modern vein care procedures.
• Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical confidentiality policies while ensuring accurate medical documentation.
• Utilize EMR/EHR systems for efficient medical records management and documentation of patient interactions.

Experience

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Proven experience working in healthcare environments
• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical procedures
• Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments while maintaining compassionate patient-centered care; excellent communication skills are essential for effective caregiver interaction and client communication.
