Our team is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, state regulations, and community policies and procedures.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor, assess, and document residents’ health and emotional conditions, promptly reporting changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor residents for changes in condition.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and other members of the care team.
• Coordinate and follow through with resident care plans and physician orders.
• Provide guidance and support to caregivers and other team members as needed.
• Assist with resident assessments, documentation, and maintaining accurate medical records.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in residents’ conditions.
• Promote residents’ dignity, independence, safety, and overall quality of life.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed, including personal care and mobility.
• Maintain compliance with Oregon nursing regulations and community policies.

Qualifications:

• Current Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Prior experience in senior living, assisted living, or long-term care preferred.
• Reliable, patient, compassionate, and dependable.
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: Determined upon employment

• Set schedules
• 20 hours a week
