About the Role
We are looking for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for one of our healthcare clients in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will support patient care, administer medications, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and help ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards.

This is an onsite, contractual position with part-time or full-time opportunities.

What You Will Do

• Administer prescribed medications accurately and safely, following treatment plans and established clinical protocols
• Monitor patient needs and report medication-related concerns or potential safety risks promptly
• Maintain and update patient medical records daily, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and confidential
• Follow medication safety procedures and applicable healthcare standards
• Support patient care in accordance with established clinical procedures
• Maintain strong attention to detail when handling medications and documenting care

What We Are Looking For

• A current LPN license valid for practice in Washington, D.C.
• Proven experience in medication administration and accurate dispensing, with a strong focus on patient safety
• Strong knowledge of clinical protocols, medication safety procedures, and healthcare regulatory requirements
• Hands-on experience maintaining and updating patient medical records
• Ability to monitor patient needs, follow clinical procedures, and identify and report safety concerns
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care
• Availability to work onsite in Washington, D.C.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in psychiatric, behavioral health, or mental health care settings
• Familiarity with administering medications and maintaining clinical documentation for patients with behavioral health conditions
