Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including vital signs, physical examinations, and medication administration in accordance with physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations such as specimen collection, laboratory testing, and medical imaging procedures.
• Manage patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document medical records accurately using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Telephone Triage & Communication: Respond to patient calls, provide clinical guidance within your scope of practice.
• Record Keeping & Restocking**:** Maintain accurate patient charts and document status changes.
• Implement infection control policies and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain patient confidentiality and safety.
• Experience
• Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice.
• Prior experience working in environments such as hospitals, physician office, ICU or trauma centers.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems like Medent.
• Critical care experience including Cardiology, ICU or emergency room settings is highly desirable.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
