$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

We're currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time LPN hires.

• $2,500 paid on your first paycheck
• Full $10,000 bonus paid within your first 14 months

Your Role as an LPN

As an LPN at Renaissance, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support residents' daily health needs, and work closely with our nursing team to ensure residents receive the attention and quality care they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to the RN or clinical leadership
• Assist with wound care, care planning, and resident assessments within LPN scope of practice
• Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
• Build positive relationships with residents and their families

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LPN license
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of medication administration and resident-centered care
• Familiarity with EHR systems (PCC experience a plus)
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
