Licensed Practical Nurse

Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care within an integrated health system
• Perform direct nursing duties including assessments, administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient status under RN or provider supervision
• Support care plans and document accurately in the EMR
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, holistic care
• Educate patients and families about care and treatments
• Implement infection control practices and coordinate services across hospital, clinic, and home settings

Qualifications & Skills

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform assessments, administer treatments, and document accurately
• Commitment to patient education, safety, and infection control
