What they need
Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, perform wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties based on facility needs.
Requirements: Active LPN license, minimum 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical demands with or without accommodations.
Qualifications & Skills: Dependability, strong communication, ability to work collaboratively, and flexibility. Local candidates preferred.
Key Duties: Deliver quality nursing care, support patient needs, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
