Licensed Practical Nurse - Full-Time

Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides comprehensive primary care support in a fast-paced outpatient setting, collaborating with healthcare professionals and building long-term patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations within scope of practice
• Perform assessments, reinforce patient education, and support preventive and chronic care services
• Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments such as injections, wound care, and catheter care
• Assist with in-clinic procedures and manage clinic workflows independently
• Communicate effectively with patients and team members, potentially mentoring or participating in quality improvement projects

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or licensed via successful board exam
• One year of recent LPN experience preferred
• Current LPN license per state requirements and Basic Life Support certification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, team-oriented, adaptable, and proficient with electronic medical records
