What they need
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Hospice
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to provide quality patient care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining patient records, assisting with daily patient care, and supporting treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Experience in long-term care, clinic, or hospital setting preferred
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Experience:
- LPN: 1 year (Required)
