What they need
Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for per diem assignments in Hampton Roads, VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments.
- Collect, document, and monitor patient information, reporting any changes in condition.
- Perform wound care, patient education, and assist with activities of daily living.
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members such as nurses and physicians.
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license with at least 1 year of facility-based experience.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Recent PPD test within the last year.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without accommodation.
Additional Details: Competitive pay of $37-$39/hour, same-day or next-day pay, flexible scheduling, and local support available. Candidates should be dependable and ready to provide quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
