Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $4,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full Time Shifts Available: Full-Time & Part-Time | 12-hour days (7a–7p), 12-hour nights (7p–7a), or evenings (7p–11p)

A Typical Day Includes

• Providing great, hands-on care based on each resident’s specific needs.
• Supporting and supervising our nursing assistants on the floor.
• Keeping families and physicians in the loop when a resident's condition changes.
• Handling medications, treatments, and required documentation.
• Leading by example—meaning you’re willing to jump in, answer a call light, and help out when the team needs it.

What You’ll Need

• An active LPN license (Tennessee or a compact state).
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• A genuine love for working with seniors.
• Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts and your share of weekends/holidays.
