What they need

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with all laws and standards.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, assigning duties, and providing clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited LPN program
Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
Preferred: one year of skilled nursing experience
CPR certification, obtained at hire or during orientation, and maintained during employment

Skills And Requirements

Ability to make independent decisions as needed
Knowledgeable in delivering competent nursing care
Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
