Make a meaningful impact through the care you provide every day. Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities are available.

This is an opportunity to use your nursing skills in a team-oriented environment while providing hands-on care to residents with a variety of clinical needs.

What you'll do:

• Provide quality nursing care and treatments
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition
• Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team
• Support resident comfort, safety, and wellbeing

What you'll bring:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Dependability and teamwork

Pay:
$39-$41.50 per hour

The posted range reflects total potential earnings, including shift-based pay enhancements. Base pay is determined by experience, with opportunities to earn higher rates based on shift, schedule, and benefit selections. Employees who opt out of certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay.
