Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

CHP Home Care & Hospice is hiring a part-time, reliable, qualified, and compassionate LPN for home health care for a local patient in the St. Henry, Oh. area.

• Immediate opportunity
• 8 hours per day/24 hours per week (hours are flexible)
• Local patient, one-on-one care

What You Will Do

Deliver in-home nursing care for client on a ventilator.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, observe, and document patient's condition
• Deliver patient's daily nursing care needs
• Administer general nursing care tasks, administer medications/treatments
• Provide emotional and psychological support as needed
• Communicate with family about patient's care and instructions

Skills

• Proven experience as LPN or similar role
• Ability to administer a variety of care tasks and work independently
• Understand confidentiality obligations and nursing best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Driver’s license and reliable, insured, vehicle
• LPN license from an accredited program
• Valid Ohio nursing license

Pay: $24.64 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
