Choose the Shift That Works for You!

We are currently hiring these LPN shifts:

• Full-Time 3pm - 11pm
• Full-Time 11pm - 730am
• Part-Time 7am - 330pm

Every-other-weekend rotation required.

Plus, earn an additional $2.00/hour for afternoon and midnight shifts!

What You'll Do

As an LPN at Concordia, you’ll be an important part of our residents’ care team. You will:

• Provide compassionate, high-quality resident care
• Administer medications and treatments
• Complete assessments and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Supervise and support resident care staff
• Advocate for residents and help ensure their needs are met
• Build relationships that make a real difference in the lives of those you serve

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an approved nursing school
• Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
• A compassionate approach to resident care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to providing safe, high-quality care
