Key Responsibilities:

✔ Provide direct nursing care and health education in clinical and community settings

✔ Support disease prevention and immunization programs

✔ Assist with screenings, assessments, and patient documentation

✔ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to serve diverse populations

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of Kansas

Strong communication and organizational skills

Passion for public health and community service

Experience in a clinical or public health setting preferred
