Compensation:

• Salary: $26.00-$36.00/hr based on experience
• Shift Differentials: $1.00 Day Shift
• Shift Differentials: $3.00 Evening Shift

• Weekend Day 6:30-2:30, or Evening 2:30-10:30

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the nursing care on assigned shift or department
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Supervise, mentor, and guide nursing staff to ensure best practices and standards
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and adjust patient care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )
• Certification in State of KY
• Experience in a charge nurse or leadership role preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges effectively
