What they need
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
We’re looking for a compassionate and dependable LPN to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician, ensuring the highest standards of care.
What You’ll Do:
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
- Perform wound care and assist with daily living activities.
- Document care in EMR and communicate with patients and families.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and follow safety protocols.
- Report changes in patient condition promptly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current LPN license and graduation from an accredited program.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with EMRs preferred; CPR/BLS required.
- Flexible to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
