What they need
Role Overview Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. This role involves providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, and documenting patient information.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments
- Provide wound care and patient education
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test within the past year
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role

- Competitive pay rate of $37-$39/hour
