Position Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, utilizing their clinical skills in a variety of healthcare settings to support our mission of delivering high-quality health services. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist in patient comfort and hygiene.
• Communication: Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Documentation: Accurately document patient information, care plans, and treatment outcomes in electronic medical records.
• Support: Assist in developing patient care plans and provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
• Compliance: Ensure all care provided is in compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• CPR/BLS certification required
• First Aid certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
