Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice.
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient conditions.
- Assist with patient care and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Active Connecticut LPN license
- Graduate of an approved practical nursing program
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Previous nursing experience preferred
